Brad, originally from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, relocated to Kansas City in 2004 for Graduate school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. With a background in Technical Direction and a master's degree, he has spent years in roles with the Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, and The Lyric Opera of Kansas City.
Brad and his wife moved back to Kansas City in 2015 to start a family. Now residing in Independence with their two energetic boys, Brad brings to real estate his extensive experience managing complex projects and diverse teams Leveraging his construction knowledge, investment interest, and project management skills, it seems he's found a natural fit!
Brad's commitment to aiding others shines through in his real estate pursuits. Whether guiding clients to their ideal forever homes, facilitating property sales, or identifying investment opportunities, he derives joy from making a positive impact. Family remains a cornerstone of Brad's life, and he cherishes moments spent with loved ones.
Brad’s not all work and no play… in fact, he loves to watch and play hockey, baseball, and football. He also finds fulfillment in woodworking, home construction projects, cooking, workouts, and unwinding by a comforting fire.
