Shop from on and off-market homes with your breeze REALTOR®. Berry-Rock Homes will purchase any home you desire so long as it appraises for the purchase price, is insurable and you have at least 7% of the purchase price to provide as Option Money.

Pay the 7% Option Consideration Money for the home you selected. These funds are refunded if your offer is not accepted. You have 3 days from the Contract Effective Date to deposit funds.

SUBMIT YOUR OFFER

Your breeze REALTOR® will submit the offer and negotiate on our behalf to get the home under contract for purchase.

STEP 5

Appraisal & Inspection

Once a contract is in place we order an appraisal and inspection to ensure the property meets expected safety standards.
