I grew up vacationing in Summit County CO and still spend as much time as possible in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. While I love to fish and ski, hiking...I’m sorry...sauntering... is one of my favorite activities. John Muir, Father of the National Parks, said that people ought to saunter through the mountains...not hike. To saunter means to walk in a slow, relaxed manner, without hurry or effort. When we begin to live from a place of yield and vulnerability...when we live from a place of acceptance, peace, and love…...when we begin to experience life in all of its beauty and chaos and danger and pain...it is then that we opt into the perfect adventure of living our best, most authentic life. One day...one perfect moment...at a time. Second, by continuing to help families buy, sell, and invest in real estate. By helping our clients move intentionally from one stage in life to the next. Meet Dallas, your go-to real estate professional! Hailing from the charming farmlands of Southwest Kansas, Dallas knows hard work like the back of his hand – from tending to animals to tackling after-school chores. Shifting gears post-graduation, Dallas headed to Manhattan, Kansas, diving into Hospitality Management and setting the stage for a remarkable 25-year career in the service industry. In 2009, he planted roots in Kansas City, joining a country club in Overland Park. In 2020, as with many industries, Covid drastically changed the foodservice landscape where Dallas was immersed. Being fascinated by the real estate market, he decided to pivot and embark on a new career with breeze REAL ESTATE. Bringing a wealth of hospitality experience to the real estate table, Dallas is all about delivering top-notch service. He gets that it's more than just properties; it's about crafting an unforgettable customer experience. Drawing inspiration from his days in the food service industry, Dallas knows that sometimes you've got to crack a few eggs to whip up the perfect omelet – and he's ready to do it with a smile. Nestled in Roeland Park, Dallas adores everything about the area (well, almost everything – those fall leaves are a different story). Brad, originally from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, relocated to Kansas City in 2004 for Graduate school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. With a background in Technical Direction and a master's degree, he has spent years in roles with the Kansas City Repertory Theatre, Houston Grand Opera, and The Lyric Opera of Kansas City.<br><br> Brad and his wife moved back to Kansas City in 2015 to start a family. Now residing in Independence with their two energetic boys, Brad brings to real estate his extensive experience managing complex projects and diverse teams Leveraging his construction knowledge, investment interest, and project management skills, it seems he's found a natural fit!<br><br> Brad's commitment to aiding others shines through in his real estate pursuits.
